8. Return of goods In addition to the legal right of 14 days, SBOMBS allows a refund or exchange within 30 days days, provided that the goods are undamaged, in their original condition and packaging. 9. Complaints and warranty The customer has the right to lodge a complaint in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia. 2. General conditions of use of the online store

4. Ordering
4.1. Products are shown with all basic information (price, size, color, description).
4.2. The purchase is made by adding the product to the basket and confirming the order by clicking on “Buy” button.
4.3. The customer is obliged to accept the General Terms and Conditions before confirming the order.
4.4. After confirming the order, the Customer receives an email with order details. The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Seller sends a confirmation of the shipment of the goods.
5. Prices All prices are expressed in RSD for Serbia, for other European countries in Euro and for the rest of the world in Dollars. The price specified at the time of order confirmation is final and binding.
6. Method of payment Payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery, cash or card to the Post Express courier upon delivery.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery is carried out by the Post of Serbia – Post Express, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and throughout the world.
7.2. The delivery time is 1-3 working days from the moment of dispatch for Serbia and from 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world, depending on the distance.
7.3. The buyer is obliged to pick up the shipment and check whether it is undamaged. In the case of visible damage, it is recommended to make a report with the courier service.
7.4. In case of rejection or non-acceptance of the shipment, SBOMBS reserves the right to charge actual shipping and return costs.
